Princess Marie "Tuti" Massey, age 55, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro, North Carolina. She was born on October 26, 1967 in Essex County, New Jersey to the late Willie James Massey and Eliza Belton Masse.

Princess was a graduate of Harry P. Harding High School in Charlotte, North Carolina and furthered her education at Central Piedmont Community College.

Tuti was more of a "Free Spirit". She was an amazing cook and baker. She loved gaming, whether online or playing actual board games and she was very crafty; candle making, crocheting, and much more.

Princess leaves to cherish her memory, sisters: Wanda Watson (Steven) of Monroe, NC, and Irene Massey of Charlotte, NC; nieces Marquita Massey, Tameka Watts-Givens (Adrian), DeNita Massey, Chasity Thompson (Khalia), Anita Hubert-Paige (Chris), all of Charlotte, NC; nephews; Steven Watson, Jr., Thomas Watson, great nieces; Kayla Givens, A'yana Massey, Ariel "Peanut" Watson, Jurni Paige, great-nephews: Khalia Thompson, Jr, Da'Jon Hubert, Da'vion Hubert, Jordan Hubert, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Eliza Masse, and brothers: David Massey and Kenny Smith.
