Mr. Randolph Bland Houston, 74 of Charlotte, passed away on February 9, 2017 at CMC-Main.  Funeral service will be held 12 noon on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Greater Providence Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.  Burial will follow at the VA cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
