Mr. Randolph "Pip" Sifford, son of the late Randolph Sifford, Sr. and Katie Grice Sifford, was born November 19, 1943 in Gaston County, North Carolina. Randolph entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at his home, surrounded in the love of his wife, family and friends.

Randolph was a 1961 graduate of Reid High School, Belmont, NC.  He worked at Clariant Corporation for 22 years; he retired in 2002.  Thereafter, he worked for Habitat for Humanity for 3 years before embarking into his passion as a professional lawn manicurist with Sifford's Lawn Service. His hobbies were hunting, fishing and landscaping.

Randolph was a faithful member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where he served as Trustee, Usher and member of the Pastor's Aide.

In addition to his parents, Randolph was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Clark and brother, Thomas Sifford.

Those who remain with cherished memories are his wife of 50 years, Marvie Sifford; two sons, Bobby Sifford and Randy Sifford, and one daughter, Lisa Sifford, all of Charlotte, NC; four grandchildren, Derrick Sifford, Ramoor Damajo, William Lowery, III, Rayna Rose, and one great-grandchild, Derrick Sifford, Jr.; sister, Rita Tidwell; sister-in-law, Pastor Rosa Lee Sifford; brother-in-law, Lloyd Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
