Ricky Ray Damion Barrino Jr, of Charlotte, passed away on Friday May 24, 2019.

To Our Precious Angel, RJ

Thank you for allowing us to have your amazing presence for the 6 weeks and a day you spent, here with us on earth.  You are such a blessing to your father and I.  I was told that everything happens for a reason and that your transition to heaven just had to happen.  You were too perfect to be tainted with the ways of this cruel world.  They were correct!  Your purity has secured your spot in heaven and God was ready for you to fulfill your heavenly duties.  He'd seen how you outdid yourself with your earthly accomplishments.  You changed our lives for the better, before we ever laid eyes on you.  On April 10, 2019 at 9:29 AM you came out, head first, eyes wide open and ready to take over the world.  We knew then that God had a plan for you; from that moment...nothing would ever be the same.  I don't know what battles are to come for Mommy and Daddy but God needed a strong, courageous angel to help us fight.  Continue being the sweet baby that you were for us, with God. Guide, protect and comfort us through the times we need you the most.  We will miss all the crying nights without sleep and the smacking of your lips when you were ready to eat.  It's funny how the things that once annoyed us, are the things we now cherish the most. There will not be a day that you are not in our thoughts and prayers.  The love that we have for you withstands well beyond death.  We miss you Chunky/Big Man!  Those were our nicknames for you.  We will see you again and we cannot wait to love on you.  Watch over your brothers and sisters, mother & father too.  We know that you will be with us in all the things we do.
