Mr. Robert Williams, 83 of Charlotte, passed away on August 29, 2017 at Novant Health. A Graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Oaklawn Cemetery. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at Grier Memorial Chapel.
