Ms. Robin Denise Steele, 57, of Charlotte, NC, departed this life on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at  Atrium Main.

Ms. Robin Denise Steele was born June 29, 1968, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the late Melvin Caldwell and the late Joann Steele.  She departed her earthly life peacefully on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Robin was educated in the Mecklenburg County School System.  She was a 1986 graduate of Myers Park High School.  She was previously employed as a longtime caregiver to her mother despite her own health challenges.

Robin loved spending time with her family, watching basketball and football, listening to gospel music and talking on the phone.  She also liked going to the Sweepstakes in her spare time.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ja'Quarius Sade' Steele and sister, Kimberly Steele.

She leaves to cherish the memories of her life: son, Anthony D. Steele (Amber); stepdaughter, Erica McInnis; a longtime companion of 28 years, Martin McInnis; seven grandchildren, Kamani, Angel, Alaiya, Amari, Christian, LaMontre and Essence; one niece, Kiara Steele; two nephews, James Harris (Ashley) and Eddrick Steele; one god sister, Felicia Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.
