Mrs. Rosa Lee Foust 87, of Charlotte passed away at Levine & Dickson, Huntersville on August 24, 2013. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Statesville Avenue Presbyterian Church at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens.
