Ruth "Ruthie" Jacobs Sunrise: February 10, 1962 Sunset: March 22, 2022

Ruth Jacobs better known as "Ruthie" traded her mortal body and took on immortality on Tuesday morning March 22, 2022 at 11:04 am in Charlotte NC surrounded by family. Ruth is completely HEALED from cancer now! No more pain or sorrow. She is resting in the Arms of our Lord! "And I heard a voice form heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. "Revelation 14:13KJV

Ruth loved the Lord and today we celebrate her life! Ruth was a force of her own and loved her family more than anything in the world. Ruth was the third daughter of the late Superintendent Lewis I. Jacobs and Gladene Jacobs and was blessed to be a part of a large tribe. Ruth had many struggles in this life, however with the help of the Lord, she was able to share her amazing Spirit and was always there to help in her home, church and community. Ruth was a graduate of Clairton High School in Clairton PA. She also carried a culinary certification for her job in food services. Ruth was faithful to God and was there to support her church on every occasion. Ruth's family network reached outside of blood relatives as she supported more people than we can number. We all have and will continue to benefit from her works.

Awaiting her in heaven are her namesake Grandma Ruth Harris, Father Superintendent Lewis I. Jacobs, and her sister Treenia Jacobs-Ramsey. Ruth leaves to cherish her memories her children and grandchildren. Tyrone Jacobs of Clairton PA and his daughters Tylynn Jacobs and Sher Jacobs, Orit Jacobs and daughter Raeonna Davis of NC, Sharday Jacobs and daughter Bella Amore Ruth Everett of NC. Ruth also leaves her beloved Mother Gladene Jacobs-Garland of NC, and her siblings: Roxanne (Eric) Johnson of Uniontown PA, Lewis Evan Jacobs (Gloria) of NC, Alice Coleman-Covington (Rusty)of Uniontown PA, Frank James Jacobs (Kim) of NC, Vaughn Jacobs of Uniontown PA, Felicia Brown (Corey) of Uniontown PA, Courtney (Patricia) Jacobs of Harrisburg PA, and Christopher Jacobs of Uniontown PA.
