Obituary
Ms. Ruth Withers, 82 of Charlotte, passed away on Sunday April 8, 2018 at her residence. Funeral Arrangements are currently incomplete. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
