Mrs. Ruth E. Young of Charlotte, passed on May 19, 2015 at Novant Health Presbyterian. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 12 noon at New Shiloh Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon., Interment will be at York Memorial Park.
