Shirley Welch of Charlotte, passed on December 6, 2014 at Queen City Assisted Living. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11 a.m. in Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment will be at York Memorial Park.
