Stacy Chrishan Brown was born to Patricia Morrison and Benjamin Brown. Stacy was blessed with two children, along with three lovely grandbabies, Cameron, Bryson, and A'Mila; two sisters, one brother; and many nieces and nephews who loved her deeply.

My mother was full of joy and happiness. Hearing the stories from her younger years, she lived a full life and I am very grateful that she chose to be our mother. No matter what, she was a strong woman who didn't let anything get in her way. My mother was the kind of mother who loved all of her children and grandchildren more than anyone ever knew. She would spoil the grandchildren and loved being around all of her family.

I would describe my mother as a strong, independent, sassy and a warm-hearted person. She wouldn't take any form of disrespect from anyone. My mother really enjoyed having fun, going out, taking pictures and getting well put together. She always shared her blessings with her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family as her health allowed her. The past few months has been very hard bearing the memories of time that we spent with her. We are going to do everything that is needed to make her proud of us and everything that is to come. Now is the time to let her and rest in peace. She spent her last days with her children and there is nothing more in this world that I wouldn't give to have more time with my mother. She now has her wings and I know she is watching over us. She will be forever be in our hearts. We love and miss you more and more Stacy C. Brown.

Stacy passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Atrium Health Main. She is survived by mother, Patricia Morrison and father, Benjamin Brown; daughter, Jessica Brown; son, De'Vante Bell; three grandchildren, Cameron Brown, Bryson Bethea, and A' Mila Coleman; two sisters, Felicia Sturdivant (Joey) and NaTasha Brown; one brother, Jarvis Brown; best friend, Angelia Wilson; close cousin who was like a brother, Ronn Barrino; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Stacy loved her family dearly, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a true Libra-loving energetic, intelligent, humble, affectionate, a hard worker. She had a vibrant smile that would light up any room. Stacy lived her life to the fullest.
