Taineka Janai Harrison was born on July 9, 1984, in Fort Lewis, WA

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Edward Bennett; her Grandfathers Willie Terry, Curtis Bennett, and Jeffery Day. Grandmothers Joyce Terry and Sarah Washington

Taineka graduated from Garinger High School, attended Winston-Salem State University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Public Health from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC

No matter the circumstances or chance of meeting, she always greeted everyone with her bright, glowing smile.  She will forever be remembered for her joy and laughter. She loved cooking, traveling, and spending time at the beach, which was her favorite destination. She also enjoyed all holidays, with Christmas being her favorite.

She will be greatly missed by her Children, Family, Friends, and Coworkers.  Taineka never met a stranger if she met you, she would treat you as if she had known you forever.
