Mrs. Teresa Pratt 49, of Charlotte, passed away on February 10, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Progressive Baptist Church, 1600 Clanton Road. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at York Memorial Park.
