Ms. Teresa Tebby Watkins , 58 of Charlotte, passed away on Sunday March 31, 2019 at Levine & Dickson-Aldersgate.  She was born on August 28, 1960 in Rockingham, NC.  She is the daughter of David Watkins Sr., and Sally Evans and stepdaughter to Annette Watkins.

She attended Richmond Senior High School.  Teresa later married Lamont Sigler and to this union had one child, LaToya Nicole Sigler.  Teresa committed her life to Christ early in life and later was an active member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  She went on to have many jobs in her life and ended her career at Charlotte Area Transit (CATS), where she was a bus operator.

Teresa leaves to cherish her memories, a beloved daughter, LaToya Nicole Sigler Gaddy (Robert), five sister: Vanessa Evans (deceased), Delores Stevenson, Sarah Watkins Smith, Percilla Dargan and Sharon McNeil and five brothers, James Evans, Christopher Watkins, David Watkins Jr. (Denise), Jermaine Watkins and Vernon McNeil, Four sisters-in-laws: Olivia Sigler, Terry Sigler, Maxine Cookie Carr and Denise Jackson.  Five grandkids, three great grandkids and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family and friends that she considered her own.
