With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our loving brother, Timmy Lee Shipp, 59 of Mount Holly, NC. He had a generous spirit that touched countless lives. He transitioned peacefully on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in Gastonia, NC. Our beloved brother was born July 15, 1966, in Gastonia, NC. He was the son of the late Leon Shipp and Aleine Rose Link Shipp.

Timmy Lee Shipp was a 1984 graduate of East Gaston High School. He worked as a machine operator in the textile industry for over 25 years. His family will remember him as a loving uncle, friend, and a man who was full of life and laughter. His smile was memorable and contagious. Timmy was dedicated to his church as a devoted follower of Christ. When you met our brother, he made you feel as if you had known one another for many years. He shared his love of music with family and friends. Timmy Lee Shipp was strong in spirit. Our brother was ready to be with the Lord. He will be deeply missed.
