Mr. Tommy Neely, 72 of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday October 5, 2019 at his residence.  He was born July 16, 1947 in Chester County, South Carolina.  He was the son of Mary Neely and the late Romeo Neely.

Mr. Neely enlisted in the United States Army and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Neely; sons, Bernard Neely (Brenda), Tommie Neely (Shemeka) and Gregory "Kente'" Neely; daughters, Bridget Durham (Donald) and Renika Lane (Sean); special friend, Desiree Jones; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
