Mr. Ulysee Withers of Charlotte, passed on August 14, 2014 at Novant Presbyterian Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Reeder Memorial Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at the National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
