Mrs. Velma Sullivan 75, of Charlotte, passed away on April 1, 2016 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until 1:00 pm. Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at National Cemetery, Salisbury.
