Mrs. Veronica L. Taylor, daughter of the late Emmett McKibbens and Lillian Grant was born on January 29, 1948 in Manhattan, New York.  She departed this life on June 23, 2020.  She attended Second Ward High School in Charlotte NC.  She married the love of her life Edmen Taylor and now they can both rest in peace together.  She was a devoted and loving mother and wife.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted and loving son Jarrett Taylor of San Diego, CA, sisters Pastor Lavern Massey, Celeste Johnson (Ricky), Wanda Brooks.  Brothers Maurice Grant, Floyd Grant, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
