The service for Mr. Wampler Phipps will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel, 748 S. Fayette Street, Beckley, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral parlor. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Berkley, WV.
