Mrs. Wilbert "Wilma" Young Tarrant, age 89 of Charlotte, passed away on December 4, 2016 at Novant Health. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at The Park Church, 6029 Beatties Ford Road. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
