Mr. William Alfred Simmons, 81, of Charlotte passed away on November 22, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center Main. His funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Grier Memorial Chapel, 115 John McCarroll Avenue, Charlotte. Family visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Grier Funeral Service, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
