William James Flax, Jr. of Charlotte, passed on March 9, 2014 at his residence. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. Leonzo D. Lynch, pastor. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
