William Leroy Howard 60, of Charlotte, passed on Monday, March 16, 2015 at Presbyterian Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 12 noon at St. Mark United Methodist Church, 917 Clanton Road. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
