Mr. William Kelly, 87 of Charlotte, passed away on March 14, 2016 at Peak Resources. Memorial service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Family hour will be from 12 noon until 1:00 pm.
