Sunrise...

Mrs. Willie Matt Andrews, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and a Beautiful Soul, was born on February 16, 1933 to Willie and Alice Rucker in Danburg, Georgia.

A Life Well Spent...

She attended Mulberry Baptist Church in Washington, Georgia, from a very young age until she married and moved to Charlotte, NC in 1953.  She attended Gethsemane Baptist Church and later, Reeder Memorial Baptist Church faithfully until her health began to fail.

She was lawfully married to Webb F. Andrews on December 25, 1953.  They had two children, daughter, Loretta Lynn and son, Willie Roy.

She loved helping and taking care of her family and loved ones.  She always made everyone feel as special as she was.  She had a very gentle and loving nature that was felt by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sunset...

She ascended to Heaven on Friday, September 20, 2019.  In heaven, she joins her loving husband, Webb Andrews; and all of her six siblings, Hattie Mae, Robert, Lillian, John, Aubrey and Lewis.

Those Who Remain...

She leaves to love and cherish her memories: daughter, Loretta Lynn Andrews and son, Willie Roy Andrews; daughter-in-law, Tirzah Andrews; three grandsons, Brian Phillip Andrews, William Cameron Andrews and Christopher William Andrews; "Honoray" granddaughter, Starkiesha Salazar; three great-grandchildren, Kamiah Harmenii Andrews, Aniyah Elaine Andrews and Brian Phillip Andrews Jr.; two sisters-in-law, Louise Rucker and Mary Rucker; a very special "more than just a niece," Ms. Cathy Lynn Rucker; another amazing niece, Dorothy Warlick; and a host of other special nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
