Mr. Catrelle Gerome Holloway, 31 of Charlotte, affectionately known as "C-Mo" entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 28, 2021.  He was born on December 28, 1989 in Charlotte, NC.  A son to Michelle Sophis Gilbert and The late Berry Gerome Holloway.  He received his education from Hopewell High School.

Catrell loved life.  He lived life to the fullest.  He was charismatic, caring and loving.  He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind and compassionate spirit.  Catrell was a very good hearted person, he would give the shirt off his back in zero-degree weather.

He enjoyed playing cards, spending time with his grandmother, laughing & making people laugh and most of being a daddy.

He was a Hidden Valley Legend who loved the finer things in life.

Catrell was preceded in death by his father Barry Holloway; Sister, Nia Sturdivant and Grandmother Lela Mae Danner.

Catrell leaves to cherish his memories, lessons and love to his children Jayla Holloway, Catrell Holloway Jr. and Josiah Holloway.

Catrell is also survived by his Grandmother Sylvia Miles; Mother, Michelle Gilbert; Grandfather, Willie Holloway Sr.  Three Siblings, Shawna Gilbert of Hartford, CT, Zakia Weaver and Jeremie Holloway all of Maiden, NC Four nieces, Noelle Jenkins, Penelope Jenkins and Natalie Rosales all of Maiden, NC and Liberty Ruffin of Hartford, CT.  Two nephews, Kennedy Jenkins of Maiden, NC and Travis Lewis of Hartford, CT.

A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  A special cousin, Kristian Green.  A God-sister, Maleka Richardson.  Friends that were like brothers and many more.
