Mr. Michael Antoine Drayton, Jr., age 21, of Charlotte, NC, departed his life on March 12, 2023. Michael was born in Charlotte, NC. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ondrea Stevenson; grandmother, Barbara Funderburk; aunt Tracy Funderburk; and uncle, Aaron McCleave. Michael like making music, playing video games, and was very happy and fun loving.

Michael leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Dana Drayton (Towson, MD); father, Michael Drayton (Charlotte, NC); daughters; Sahari Nalani Drayton-Rios(Gastonia, NC) and Yeilani Gisell Drayton-Pena (Charlotte, NC); two brothers; Jaylen Drayton and Joshua Drayton (Charlotte, NC); grandparents, Caldwell Funderburk, Jr. (Charlotte, NC), Halestine McMiller (Charlotte, NC), and Steve Michael McCleave); uncles, Steven Funderburk (Charlotte, NC), Adrian Davis (Charlotte, NC), and Keith McCleave (Charlotte, NC) aunt, Natarsha Hamilton (Charlotte, NC); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
